Sejm in Cracow: privileges of the Toruń city. 1518.

The sejm was called on 19 November 1517 to be held on 25 January 1518. The pre-sejm sejmiks were held in December 1517 and January 1518. However, the proceedings began on 4 February 1518 and ended on 19 April 1518, with deputies taking part in a formal and festive greeting of princess Bona Sforza and later her marriage with king Sigismund I, followed by the coronation (18 April 1518). During the sejm proceedings many resolutions were adopted, among others the conscription universal (27 March 1518) and the rights of the Toruń city were also confirmed (15 March 1518).
